A former collegiate baseball player while attending Spartanburg Methodist College, Hayden transitioned to a successful career in the construction industry as a licensed trade contractor. Most recently, he excelled as a top producer with a national insurance carrier, where he focused on commercial property and casualty insurance, covering Property, General Liability, Professional Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Umbrella, Management Liability, and Cyber insurance for diverse clients across the Carolinas.
